Can Braces be exchanged? Yes of course.
If an ordered item, for whatever reason, is not satisfying. Then it is possible to return the braces within fifteen (15) calendar days after delivery.
The purchase price will be refunded to the account from which the amount was collected, provided that the articles in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, in original packaging and with the original receipt. The cost for the return shipment are borne by the sender. Hein Strijker Braces can not be held responsible for any defects in respect of the return.
