If an ordered item, for whatever reason, is not what you expected than it is possible to return the suspenders within fifteen (15) calendar days after delivery. The purchase price will be refunded to the account from which the amount was collected, provided that the articles in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, in original packaging and with the original receipt. The cost for the return shipment are borne by the sender. Hein Strijker Suspenders can not be held responsible for any defects in respect of the return.
